Refund policy

The 30-day guarantee. We stand behind every guide. If your purchase doesn't help your family, email us at hello@parentresetco.com within 30 days of your order and we'll issue a full refund. You don't need to return or delete anything — the files are yours to keep.

How to request a refund. Send us your order number and the email you used at checkout. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

A note on digital delivery. Every purchase is a digital download (PDF) for personal family use — nothing is shipped. Your download link appears on the order-confirmation page and is emailed to you right after purchase. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us and we'll resend it.

Because our products are instant digital downloads, refunds outside the 30-day guarantee are offered at our discretion. We only ask that requests are made in good faith.
