What do I get?

The Screen Time Reset is a 32-page PDF guide. The Mental Load Handoff is a 28-page PDF guide. Each includes its printable tools. The Calm Household Kit includes both guides and the Calm Week Planner. Nothing physical is mailed.

How do I get the files?

After purchase, use the download link on your order-confirmation page or in your download email. If the email is missing, check spam or promotions, then contact hello@parentresetco.com with your order number and checkout email.

Do I have to read or print everything first?

No. Start with page 2 of the guide you need. Read on your phone, tablet, or computer, then print only the sheets you want to use. The files are US Letter size; choose Fit when printing on A4. The worksheets are designed for writing on paper, not as interactive fillable forms.

What ages is the screen guide for?

The main plan is for parents of school-age children, roughly 6–12. It also includes guidance and activities for younger siblings. Choose support that fits your child's skills and needs rather than treating an age band as one rule for every child.

Can I start without my partner?

You can name the work and prepare a request on your own. Sharing ownership requires another adult to agree and follow through. The Mental Load Handoff gives you wording, examples, and a worksheet to make that conversation more specific.

Is this another project I have to manage?

You can begin with one routine or one job. For a household handoff, the adult receiving the job records the next action and sets their own reminder. For screen time, choose a next activity that fits the adult help you have. You do not have to set up every tool at once.

Do I need both guides?

Choose the guide that matches the problem you want to work on. If both matter, the Kit gives you both for $29 — only $5 more than either $24 guide. You can start with one and use the other later.

Will screen endings be calm in 14 days?

The guide gives you 14 practice days, not a deadline for your child's reaction. You can prepare a routine today, repeat a step, or pause during a busy week. Children may still feel upset when screens end; the guide includes ways to support them and adjust the plan.

What if we need screens for work, or our child has extra support needs?

Keep necessary school, communication, medical, and disability-support uses available. Choose a change that fits your household and the adult help you have. If a screen is part of a care or feeding plan, follow your child's professional guidance before changing that support.

What if the guide does not help?

Email hello@parentresetco.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Include your order number and checkout email. You keep the files. See the Refund Policy for payment-processing details.

What if we miss a week, or the handoff slips?

Return to one useful routine or responsibility and review what got in the way. The guides include troubleshooting and check-in tools. A difficult week is a reason to adjust the plan, not proof that you failed.

Is this for solo parents too?

The screen guide can be used by one caregiver. The Mental Load guide can help you spot work to simplify or discuss with someone who can help, but a shared handoff needs another adult to take responsibility. Choose the guide that matches the support available to you.

Is this a course or subscription?

No. These products are downloadable PDF guides bought with a one-time payment. They do not include live coaching, a course membership, or an app.

Can I share the files?

The guides are for personal household use. You can print copies for your own household. Please do not resell the files or distribute them outside the licence terms. See our Terms of Service.

Who wrote the guides, and are they professionally reviewed?

Parent Reset Co publishes the guides, and the revised editions include source notes. They provide general parenting and household-planning support. We do not claim that these guides have been clinically tested or approved by the organizations cited. You can read more about how we work.

Can I see a sample first?

Yes. Each product page includes sample pages so you can see the instructions and worksheets before buying.
